Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Digital Strategy Executive to manage a portfolio of about 15 digital banking clients in the Western U.S., driving retention, expansion, and revenue growth through consultative account management and multi-product adoption.

You'll engage executive stakeholders, deliver quarterly business reviews, educate clients on digital banking offerings, and collaborate with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services or technology software with revenue results.
• Proven ability to build executive relationships and close renewals/upsell.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of ~15 digital banking clients in the Western U.S.
• Drive retention and revenue growth through account planning and product expansion.
