Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Digital Strategy Executive to manage a Western U.S. client portfolio, driving retention and expansion across digital banking offerings.

You will partner with clients at the executive level to align strategy with business outcomes, lead quarterly business reviews, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of multiple products. The role combines consultative account management with business development, requiring strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services or technology software with revenue results.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships up to C-level.
• Experience in banking or credit union space or with vendors.
• Proficient in consultative, solutions-based selling and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of clients and drive revenue retention and growth.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and drive multi-product adoption.
• Educate clients on business impact of digital banking products and services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and recommendations to drive revenue.
