Job summary

Candescent is seeking a Digital Strategy Executive to manage a portfolio of Western U.S. digital banking clients, driving retention and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and cross-product adoption.

You will partner with executive decision makers, lead quarterly business reviews, educate clients on the value of Candescent's digital banking solutions, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams to deliver measurable results. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in financial services or technology software sales/account management with revenue results.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills up to the C-level.
• Experience in banking or credit unions, practitioner or vendor partner.
• Proficiency in consultative, solutions-based selling and strategic account management.
• Ability to manage multiple client initiatives in complex organizations.
• Skilled in Microsoft applications and CRM tools.
• Experience selling or managing SaaS/PaaS software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently from a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business, achieving revenue retention and growth goals through account planning and product expansion.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with business outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze results, identify opportunities, and strengthen multi-product adoption.
• Educate clients on the business impact of Candescent's digital banking products and services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and recommendations that drive revenue and adoption.
• Negotiate renewals, products, and services while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client success.
• Stay informed of industry trends and represent Candescent at trade shows and client events.
