Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in financial services or technology software with revenue results.
• Strong communication and executive relationship-building skills (C-level).
• Experience in banking or credit union space as practitioner or vendor partner.
• Proven consultative, solutions-based selling and strategic account management.
• Ability to manage multiple client initiatives in complex organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently from a remote environment.
• Experience selling or managing SaaS/PaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business; achieve revenue retention and growth goals.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (onsite when needed) to analyze results and opportunities.
• Educate clients on business impact of digital banking products and services.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and recommendations to drive revenue and adoption.
• Negotiate renewals, products, and services while maintaining satisfaction and continuity.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and implementation teams for smooth delivery.
• Represent Candescent at trade shows, conferences, and client events.
