Job summary

Leidos seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a multi-agency SATCOM program for USSF/SSC, USAF and key stakeholders. The role focuses on program oversight, PKI implementation, and agile delivery within a complex, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will drive program execution across financial performance, resource alignment, and contractual compliance, ensuring successful mission outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction while coordinating with CO/COR and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years as a Program or Project Manager, leading programs and contracts of significant scope.
• Experience managing program funds and resources using earned value reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, and schedule/financial performance.
• Proven leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors in program execution.
• Clear ability to manage multiple issues proactively and collaboratively.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administrative and business operations including Subcontracts, EVM, Finance, and Security.
• Serve as a primary liaison with CO, COR, Government PM, and senior leadership.
• Lead program operations in PM's absence and coordinate key activities.
• Maintain comprehensive awareness of program activities and inform Government stakeholders.
• Manage financial performance, cost, and schedule to meet KPIs and operating plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOW and Leidos policies and procedures.
• Act as CAM for the PMO account and manage program reviews and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare briefing materials for internal/external reviews.
• Collaborate with support teams to meet customer and company requirements.
• Track status with technical teams and provide operational support as needed.
• Coordinate ECP development and support business development.
