Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a high-impact, multi-agency SATCOM program for USSF/SSC and USAF. You will oversee program administration, Earned Value, resources, and compliance while applying PKI expertise and Agile methods to ensure mission success.

You will coordinate with CO/COR and senior leadership, manage subcontractors, develop Engineering Change Proposals, and deliver program reviews in a fast-paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years leading programs and contracts of significant scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administration and business operations including Subcontracts, EVM, Finance, and Security.
• Serve as a primary liaison with CO/COR, Government Program Manager, and senior leadership.
• Lead program operations in PM’s absence and ensure alignment of resources and schedules.
• Prepare program reporting materials and briefings for Senior Leadership and Government PMO.
• Collaborate with technical teams to track status and deliver ECPs and other program artifacts.
