Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Acquisition Program Support professional to serve as the Site Lead for Hybrid SATCOM programs, providing on‑site leadership and coordination with government representatives, Leidos leadership, and contract personnel.

The role emphasizes acquisition planning, program execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting across commercial and military architectures, with DoD‑level experience and an active Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Experience leading complex teams with multiple subcontractors.
• Experience with federal/DoD acquisition, program management, SATCOM, or mission support.
• Leadership roles in customer‑facing activities and operations.
• Knowledge of Hybrid SATCOM concepts and acquisition lifecycle.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site Site Lead for government customers, Leidos leadership, and contract personnel.
• Assist the Program Manager in overall program execution, governance, and delivery.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations and coordinate across engineering, technical, and operational teams.
• Manage acquisition documentation, schedules, technical reports, and briefing materials.
• Monitor risks, milestones, action items, and deliverables for Hybrid SATCOM programs.
• Facilitate coordination with government stakeholders, SATCOM providers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee staffing, deliverable tracking, and operational reporting for contracts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, cybersecurity requirements, and quality standards.
