Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's with 10+ years.
• Strong leadership, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors in large IT contracts.
• Proven program management across CPAF and FFP contracts with customer satisfaction.
• Experience interacting with senior customers (SES and above) and growth capture.
• Experience with IT contracts and customer relationship management across stakeholder communities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to align priorities.
• Lead engineering across data centers, cloud, networks, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
