Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership for the NASA AEGIS IT services program, including data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity. You will report to the Program Manager and help achieve financial, service delivery, and growth objectives onsite at NASA Centers.

The role demands broad enterprise IT experience, strategic thinking, and proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-customer tasks across environments from data centers to cloud. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience; or Master's with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven Program Management experience across CPAF and FFP contracts.
• Proven experience interacting with senior level customers (SES and above).
• Experience effectively capturing on-contract growth and CRM across multiple stakeholder communities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior NASA and Leidos leadership to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
• Lead engineering across AEGIS technologies including data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
• Continuously assess enterprise system baselines and recommend improvements to support modernization.
• Translate NASA OCIO and Office of Engineering objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones, and outcomes.
• Provide direct leadership of Portfolio Managers; support conference room standardization and funded work packages.
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and accountability; mentor leaders on growth and decision making.
