Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts to lead the end-to-end deployment of Gasboy solutions for our clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage plans, budgets, and timelines, and serve as the primary liaison with customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in complex customer deployments, PMBOK knowledge, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Experience managing budgets of $100K+ and applying PMBOK principles.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office; project management tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions.
