Job summary

You will coordinate across Product, Engineering, and customers, apply SAFe practices, and drive on-time commitments across multiple releases. This role requires an engineering background, strong cross-functional experience, and fluent English for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience managing technical programs.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with cross-functional exposure.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading distributed teams and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Convenience Retail Programs on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear solutions.
• Apply SAFe and VBS development processes.
• Prepare program status reports and communications.
• Oversee program life cycle across multiple releases and provide risk management.
