Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, seeks a seasoned Program Manager for Customer Project Rollouts in the U.S. to plan, execute, and oversee deployments of Gasboy solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with budgets of $100K+ and strong PM principles (PMBOK) and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and achievable.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and providing status updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize impact to project schedules.
• Monitor project progress against defined milestones and metrics; take corrective action when performance deviates from plan.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout project implementation; conduct quality reviews and manage any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of Gasboy solutions.
