Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in complex software deployments, strong PM skills, and travel up to 15%. Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $92,000 per year, with emphasis on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex customer implementation or software deployment projects.
• Budgets of $100K+ management; strong PM knowledge (PMBOK) and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Up to 15% travel required for customer site visits, project kickoffs, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer rollouts.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer projects, providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams across technical, implementation, and support teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Ensure quality standards are met; conduct quality reviews and address issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support customer training and change management initiatives to promote adoption of Gasboy solutions.
