Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of customer project rollouts across our client base. You will drive end-to-end implementation from conception through go-live and beyond, working with sales, product, engineering, and support teams.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of project management, proficiency with MS Project/Jira/Asana, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in project or program management.
• Proven track record managing customer-facing implementation, deployment, or rollout projects with measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for customer rollouts, including detailed scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and budget management
• Manage comprehensive stakeholder communication and relationship building with customers, internal cross-functional teams, and executive leadership throughout all project phases
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress against key milestones, manage timeline dependencies, and proactively address schedule risks
• Oversee quality assurance and testing processes to ensure all deliverables meet Gasboy standards and exceed customer expectations
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor risk indicators, and escalation critical issues appropriately
• Coordinate and align technical, implementation, support, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and maximize customer readiness
• Conduct comprehensive post-implementation reviews, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in rollout processes
