Forerunner is seeking a Deployment Specialist to own the end-to-end deployment experience from discovery to go-live. You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and success teams to deliver high-quality, repeatable deployments that align with business outcomes.

The role requires 4–6 years in project management and SaaS delivery, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive structured plans in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of experience across project management, SaaS implementation delivery, customer consulting, and operations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, executable plans.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment building repeatable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured workshops with customers to uncover objectives, constraints, and success metrics.
• Define deployment roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Lead UAT and handoff to ongoing success; refine playbooks for repeatable deployments.
