Job summary

Rec is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join our early team and define operations, business strategy, and culture. You will manage enterprise city partnerships, lead implementations, and advocate for product and operational needs with senior city stakeholders.

Ideal candidates excel at managing senior clients, driving results on long-term projects, and embody an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years working in Customer Success at tech or startups, or top consulting/finance firms.
• 2+ years managing enterprise-level clients.
• Strong client-services experience and ability to handle senior stakeholders.
• Clear, data-driven communication and tailoring solutions.
• Strategic problem solving with first-principles approach.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to create operational processes.
• Scrappy and resourceful when action is needed.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, retain, and grow city partner accounts across onboarding, renewals, and expansion.
• Own the customer relationship with city executives and cross-functional partners.
• Build customer success processes, playbooks, and best-in-class experiences.
• Synthesize learnings across functions and translate into product and sales improvements.
