Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist for the North America private sector. You will own a portfolio of strategic commercial accounts, validate success criteria, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion using AI to generate insights and outcomes.

This remote, distributed role emphasizes AI fluency, stakeholder leadership, and scalable playbooks that help the team anticipate risk, shorten prep time, and translate customer feedback into product value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs with AI tool usage.
• Hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience.
• Track record of owning senior stakeholder relationships with AI-assisted planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the NA private-sector accounts and drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Defend GRR and surface expansion opportunities as CS with account directors.
• Reduce QBR prep time by drafting briefs and decks using AI.
• Triage customer health signals and opportunities daily with AI.
• Build reusable AI-enabled prompts, templates, and workflows for the team.
• Synthesize customer feedback into input shaping product and engineering roadmap.
