Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist for the North America private sector. You will own strategic commercial accounts, leverage AI to craft 30/60/90-day success plans, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion as a trusted advisor.

You will use AI to draft briefs, triage health signals, and accelerate readiness across accounts, while shaping product and engineering roadmaps with insights from customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto, financial institutions, or fintechs with AI experience.
• Hands-on financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations experience.
• Proven track record with senior stakeholder relationships and retention, supported by AI-assisted planning.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis.
• Ability to build reusable AI-assisted workflows and templates that scale.
• Clear communication that distills complex concepts for analysts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of TRM's North America private-sector accounts using AI to create 30/60/90-day success plans.
• Protect and grow private-sector revenue by defending GRR and surfacing expansion opportunities with Account Directors to grow NRR.
• Cut QBR and executive-briefing prep by using AI to draft briefs, decks, and follow-ups.
• Catch risk and opportunity early by using AI to triage customer-health and usage signals.
• Make the team faster by building reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows for adoption.
• Synthesize customer feedback into structured input that shapes Product and Engineering roadmaps.
