Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to own strategic customer engagements from workshop to delivery. You’ll work with executive sponsors, surface high-value use cases, and translate them into scoped projects, then stay accountable for outcomes with the FDE.

You’ll operate in a small pod, owning the executive relationship and guiding delivery while staying hands-on at the configuration layer across workflows, integrations, and tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture or deployment strategy with AI production workflows.
• Experience owning scoping and delivery with a technical team.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Hands-on with Python/JS-TS enough to partner with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Scope engagements with executive sponsors to define time-boxed deliverables with ROI.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to ensure feasibility.
• Collaborate with FDEs on configuration, workflows, and platform tooling.
• Build reusable playbooks and enable adoption by client teams.
