Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Deployment Strategist to bridge a customer’s multi-million-dollar problem with our technical solution. You’ll act as the product manager for the field, owning the problem definition, MVP, PRD, and production readiness with the FDE team.

You will collaborate with Sales to map value, write clear requirements, and guide a data-driven solution from discovery through adoption, leveraging executive presence and deep product thinking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering complex data/AI engagements.
• Executive presence and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience turning business problems into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction from discovery to production launch.
• Define MVP, write PRD, and translate needs into data and integration requirements.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews with FDE partners.
• Manage project scope, risks, and validate business value.
• Drive adoption and ensure production readiness and security.
