Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and signal purchasing and manufacturing to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires ownership across complex value chains, collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and strong ERP/CRM experience. Travel up to 10% and relocation to Costa Mesa, CA are expected for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in manufacturing.
• Ability to own a complex value chain and coordinate many teams.
• Technical reading of documentation and hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand with Business Development.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes in MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives like demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
