Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand & Supply Planning to lead divisional planning across multiple product lines. You will architect the S&OP framework, mentor a growing team, and partner with Procurement and Manufacturing to optimize signals to buy or build.

You will drive scenario modeling, working capital governance, and supply resilience, enabling on-time deliveries while maintaining strict quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in supply chain or production in fast-paced manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading direct teams.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, Netsuite.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
• Ability to coordinate across multi-functional groups to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute divisional supply and demand strategy.
• Build and mentor the planning organization across units.
• Own and mature divisional S&OP with Central Planning.
• Deliver scenario modeling and risk-adjusted analyses.
• Set working capital vision and inventory governance.
• Ensure supply resilience and strategic supplier relationships.
• Standardize processes and governance across divisions.
