Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner who owns material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will forecast demand signals, manage inventory, and signal Purchasing and Manufacturing on what to buy or build.

You will partner with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand, lead S&OP discussions, and optimize planning processes within ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
