Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling orders and forecasting demand across the value chain. You will ensure products are built and shipped to meet stringent quality standards, coordinating with Purchasing and Manufacturing to optimize inventory and production planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, 3+ years in a manufacturing supply chain

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies.
• Ownership of a complex value chain coordinating multiple departments to ensure on-time deliveries and quality.
• Ability to read technical documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead S&OP discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives toward demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
