Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a world-class Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods, signaling and forecasting demand, and ensuring hardware needs are met via ERP tools. You will manage signals to Purchasing and Manufacturing and own inventory strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ownership across a complex value chain, collaboration across Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and willingness to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or production in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience owning a complex value chain and coordinating many departments.
• Technical ability to read hardware manufacturing docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Report on supply and material health to inform decisions.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive best-practice initiatives like demand shaping and inventory optimization.
