Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Ability to own a complex value chain and drive on-time deliveries.
• Experience reading technical docs and hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Lead S&OP discussions for designated product lines.
• Align forecasts with actual demand plans with Business Development.
• Analyze supply and material health to inform decisions across teams.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and master data.
• Drive initiatives on demand shaping, modeling, and inventory optimization.
