Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow from raw materials to finished goods. You will signal demand, plan inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. manufacturing, engineering, analytics, computer science) or business field (e.g. finance, economics, supply chain management, business administration, marketing).
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal and external parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
