Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Senior Demand & Supply Planner to own material flow across the value chain and signal purchasing and manufacturing on what to buy or build. You will forecast demand, plan inventory, and support hardware requirements via ERP and related tools.

The role requires ownership across the value chain, collaboration with multiple teams, and flexibility to provide support in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment with high standards for quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain or production role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain, coordinating between multiple internal parties to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical expertise including ability to read technical documentation and understanding hardware manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Netsuite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines.
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines.
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans.
• Report on and analyze supply and material health to inform key decisions for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development.
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data.
• Drive strategic initiatives towards best practices, including demand shaping, advanced modeling, and inventory optimization.
