Job summary

L’Oréal USA is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning to influence stakeholders and drive brand growth through accurate shipment and sales forecasts, inventory health, and catalogue productivity.

You will build a bottoms-up forecast using market intelligence from sales teams and marketing, lead the monthly S&OP cycle, and partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Finance to align forecasts with financial goals. Hybrid work in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• 4+ years demand planning or related experience.
• Experience with SAP and forecast tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement an accurate forecast for financial, production and strategic planning.
• Lead the S&OP process with key stakeholders across the business.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Finance to develop and reconcile the forecast.
• Monitor forecast performance to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Manage product catalogue and lifecycle; drive SKU rationalization.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting for leadership reviews.
