Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to develop and manage forecasts for domestic and international retail segments. You will establish new working methods with international counterparts to support the company strategy.

The role emphasizes leading S&OP, improving forecast accuracy, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and NPD to optimize product lifecycles in a fast-paced beauty environment. Hybrid work options apply with strong compensation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Experience in a food, CPG, or cosmetics manufacturing company with >$50M revenue and national distribution.
• Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience.
• Experience creating, implementing, and leading cross-functional business processes with limited maturity.
• Experience building driver-based forecasts for large SKU mix with lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the demand planning strategy for domestic and international retail channels.
• Manage and communicate existing or potential business risk to service and working capital.
• Maintain metrics behind supply chain planning analytics (forecast accuracy, bias, item/customer demand).
• Create and implement statistically driven forecasting methods.
• Lead cross-functional processes with sales, sales planning, and new product development.
