Job summary

Wella Company in Calabasas, CA is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning to lead the monthly S&OP for the US/Canada PRO portfolio. You will translate market trends into unbiased forecasts for 800+ SKUs and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize inventory and service levels.

The role calls for strong analytics, collaboration across functions, and coaching a high-performing team of demand planners. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite three days weekly is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance or engineering.
• 4+ years in supply chain and demand planning in beauty or FMCG.
• 2+ years in demand planning with S&OP experience in beauty/FMCG.
• Experience with SAP MRP inputs, product fulfillment, and NPD planning.
• Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder or equivalent forecasting tools.
• Experience forecasting 800+ SKUs and leading S&OP with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP demand planning for US/Canada PRO portfolio of 800+ SKUs.
• Translate market trends and commercial insights into actionable forecasts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to build forecasts.
• Analyze forecast performance and improve inventory and service levels.
• Drive forecast inputs for new product launches and validate assumptions.
• Manage forecasting systems and tools ensuring data accuracy.
• Develop and coach a team of Demand Planners.
• Build cross-functional relationships and advise on demand insights.
