The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in forecasting/planning, strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills, and experience with SAP/Future Master.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years forecasting/planning or analytical experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Future Master and SAP experience a plus.
• Data mining and sales & operations planning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts to reduce inventory and working capital.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Planning for the S&OP process.
• Work with supply planning to resolve constraints and communicate risks.
• Identify excess/obsolete stock reduction opportunities.
• Ensure forecast consistency with base business trends and promotions.
• Analyze historical data and provide variance analysis and root-cause analysis.
• Prepare analyses, documentation, and reports.
