Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Experience with forecast software and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement accurate forecasts for financial, production, and planning processes.
• Lead S&OP with key stakeholders and drive inventory management improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align forecast with plan; communicate risks and opportunities.
• Monitor forecast performance and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
