Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe in El Segundo, California, seeks a Manager, Demand Planning to lead forecast, inventory health, and S&OP for the Luxury Products division. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to build a consensus brand forecast and drive monthly performance reviews.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in demand planning, strong analytical skills, and hands-on SAP/forecast system experience, with a hybrid work setup in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years demand planning or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience working with a forecast software system.
• Experience working within an SAP environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement an accurate forecast for financial, production and strategic planning processes.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity to the business plan and alert Management.
• Drive the S&OP process with key stakeholders in the business and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Finance to develop forecast and challenge it with data signals.
• Monitor forecast performance and field deviations to minimize stockouts and obsolescence.
• Lead inventory management and SKU lifecycle analysis.
