Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Inc. seeks a Manager, Demand Planning in El Segundo, CA, to guide the brand forecast and inventory health. You will lead consensus planning with Sales, Marketing and Finance for monthly S&OP cycles and drive forecast accuracy across the Luxury Products division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years demand planning or related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience working with a forecast software system.
• Experience working within an SAP environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement an accurate forecast for financial, production and strategic planning processes.
• Lead S&OP process with key stakeholders in the business and operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Finance to develop the forecast and challenge it with data signals.
• Monitor forecast performance and risks to minimize stockouts and excess/inactive inventory.
• Support SKU rationalization and lifecycle management to optimize inventory.
