• Knowledge in using any forecasting tool, Logility preferred.
• Understanding of different statistical time series methods.
• Knowledge of how Demand Planning impacts to Supply Chain activities.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Well organized and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to listen, influence others, manage change and effectively motivate through open communication.

Aufgaben

• Leads the creation of demand planning processes and tools for the Division.
• Executes the monthly Demand Planning process and weekly exception management review to increase the demand predictability.
• Utilize multiple methods to generate an unconstrained demand plan for supply planning decisions.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large amounts of data to make decisions.
• Lead monthly demand review meeting as part of S&OP process.
• Conduct root cause analysis of key forecast misses and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead demand planning improvement projects.
• Achieve established demand forecast accuracy goals and communicate demand variability expectations.
