Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Hollis, NH is seeking a Supply Planner to lead planning and monitoring of supply to meet customer demand. The role creates production schedules considering equipment, materials, and staffing, and manages replenishment to align with the production plan.

You will identify supply risks, participate in S&OP and S&OE processes, develop short- and mid-term production plans, manage material replenishment, release against POs, monitor on-time delivery and inventory, and optimize PFEP

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in Supply Chain Management or related technical discipline.
• 1-4 years planning experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of ERP / planning systems; Logility strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Lean knowledge a plus.
• Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and macros; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand signals and assess impact on materials replenishment and production plans.
• Participate in S&OP to align supply with demand and mitigate risks.
• Lead S&OE to adjust production and materials plans and provide feedback on gaps.
• Create short-term production schedules at item level and monitor adherence.
• Develop mid-term production plans to identify capacity constraints and balance load.
• Manage all replenishment processes (MRP, Kanban, VMI, Consignment).
• Release against POs and follow up on late releases with suppliers.
• Monitor on-time delivery, inventory and freight, and drive improvement actions.
• Track inventory against the model and optimize inventory policy; maintain PFEP.
