Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp in Woburn, MA is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst to support forecasting, inventory control, and production scheduling in a LEAN environment. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain and other departments to optimize demand and supply planning while gaining exposure to ERP tools and data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
0-2 years of internship experience or coursework in supply chain.
US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status required.

Responsibilities

Forecast management: review forecasts to identify demand trends and communicate changes.
S&OP support: align demand with production capacity and inventory strategies.
Production, material and supply planning: coordinate material movements and schedules.
Inventory and demand analysis: monitor usage, forecast consumption, and waste.
Status reporting and risk communication: provide updates on risks and actions.
Problem resolution: address shortages, over shipments, and changes.
Cross-functional coordination: work with Service, Supply Chain, IT, and others.
New product introduction support: coordinate readiness and ramp-up plans.
EDI & electronic communication support: enable exchange with customers/partners.
MyParker/PHconnect administration: assist with access and training.
Customer service automation & system support: maintain Conexiom and Salesforce tools.
Customer service reporting & system maintenance: run and review daily reports.
