Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst in Massachusetts to support forecasting, scheduling, and coordination of materials and production. You will work with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other departments to improve forecast accuracy and ensure smooth production processes in a lean environment.

The role emphasizes detail-orientation, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting without direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
• 0-2 years of internship experience or coursework related to supply chain, inventory management, or production planning required.
• US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident status required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and analyze customer forecasts to identify demand trends and risks.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process for assigned sites.
• Partner with production sites to support material flow and alignment with schedules.
• Analyze inventory usage and forecast consumption to optimize levels.
• Provide updates on demand, supply risks, and recommended actions to management.
• Resolve shortages, over shipments, and other disruptions with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and material flow.
• Support new product introductions by validating supply chain capacity and ramp-up plans.
