Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consensus demand plan using quantitative and qualitative methods; lead Demand Review with BU Leaders.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal variations to forecast demand.
• Identify root causes of forecast inaccuracies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to incorporate promotional plans into the demand plan.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align demand with production schedules and inventory strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports on demand trends and forecasting accuracy.
