Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Management leader for plant locations to maximize RONA impact through materials planning, scheduling, inventory control, cash flow and information flow. You will lead purchasing and supplier quality, drive on-time delivery, and optimize data integrity in MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing/materials management in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with world-class materials management systems incl. SC, cash flow and asset mgmt.
• Bachelor degree in business/engineering/materials mgmt; certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, technical, and automation opportunity skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all procurement and materials management activities including order placement and supplier evaluation.
• Manage 100% on-time deliveries and data accuracy for the MRP system.
• Monitor shipping/receiving and resolve discrepancies to resolve deficiencies.
• Define and implement automated systems to plan material flow from customers through procurement to delivery.
• Ensure location policies align with inventory objectives of the Corporation.
• Develop procurement and material cost reduction programs and mentor team.
