Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Hollis, NH seeks a Supply Planner to lead the planning and monitoring of supply to meet customer demand. The role builds production schedules and manages material replenishment across multiple processes, balancing resources and risk to ensure on-time delivery and inventory targets.

Responsibilities include driving S&OP and S&OE, coordinating with customer service, procurement and operations, and optimizing inventory levels while leveraging LEAN and Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in Supply Chain Management or related technical discipline.
• 1-4 years planning experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ERP / planning systems; Logility strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills including mathematical/statistical abilities.
• Proficiency in process analysis and improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative to manage multiple priorities and drive to achieve results.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing and relevant concepts/methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills; Six Sigma certification a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tools and macros.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand signals to identify changes and assess impact on replenishment strategies and production plans.
• Participate in the S&OP process to align the supply plan with the demand plan and mitigate risks.
• Drive the weekly S&OE process to monitor status and adjust the production and materials plan as needed.
• Create short-term production schedules at item level, considering constraints.
• Develop mid-term production plans to identify capacity constraints and level load.
• Manage all materials replenishment processes (Consignment, VMI, Kanban, MRP).
• Execute releases against existing Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Monitor on-time delivery, inventory and freight performance and drive improvements.
• Maintain optimum inventory positions and adjust policy as needed.
• Maintain PFEP and related planning parameters.
