Job summary

Clean Harbors in Norwell, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Demand Planner) to develop and execute demand and supply plans for optimal service levels. The role collaborates with procurement, manufacturing, distribution and branch operations to manage regional inventory and ensure efficient product flow.

The candidate will work with IT on new supply chain applications, manage replenishment, and strive to reduce landed costs while maintaining strong safety practices in every operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Supply Chain or Business Analytics experience preferred.
• ERP systems/Planning software experience preferred.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience presenting to all levels of management required.

Responsibilities

• Generates, owns and maintains the Forecast/Demand Plan with business stakeholders.
• Allocates resources based on Master Production Schedule and forecasted demand.
• Analyzes production capacity and adjusts plans to disruptions.
• Optimizes network sourcing across procurement, transportation, and distribution.
• Works with IT to develop and test supply chain applications.
• Manages auto-replenishment at branches and distribution centers.
• Reviews manual requisitions to maintain proper inventory levels.
