Job summary

Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner (Demand Planner) to develop and execute demand/DRP/Supply plans ensuring optimal service levels for customers. This role collaborates with procurement, transportation, manufacturing, and distribution to align forecast with production capacity across networks.

The candidate will own the forecast, optimize inventory, and drive cost reductions while partnering with IT on new supply chain applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supply chain or analytics experience.
• Experience with ERP/planning software.
• Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• SQL and Power BI experience preferred.
• APICS certification preferred.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain forecast/demand plan for assigned scope in partnership with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources based on Master Production Schedule and forecast.
• Analyze capacity and disruptions; adjust as needed.
• Optimize network sourcing across procurement, transportation and distribution.
• Develop technical roadmap to optimize product flow.
• Work with IT to build and test supply chain applications.
• Manage auto-replenishment at branches and DCs.
• Review requisitions to maintain proper inventory levels.
