Job summary

SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Supply Planner to execute global inventory planning and fulfillment strategies for specific product categories, aiming to maximize service levels across markets while maintaining healthy inventory and adapting to demand and forecast fluctuations.

You will partner with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, and product development to optimize inventory, manage purchase orders, and ensure lifecycle transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Supply Chain or related experience is highly desired.
• Minimum 1 year of Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Supply Chain Certifications (CPIM, CSCP, etc.) are a plus.
• Broad knowledge of demand and inventory planning, manufacturing, logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Create and update global inventory plans across categories balancing supply constraints and service impact.
• Manage priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate daily with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, marketing and product development.
• Manage purchase orders aligned with inventory plans and adjust flow as needed.
• Participate in portfolio reviews and class updates for lifecycles, launches, and ABC classifications.
• Contribute to demand and forecast reviews and incorporate forecasts into plans.
• Collaborate on supply reviews to identify constraints and opportunities.
• Coordinate with manager to resolve issues across the team of supply planners.
• Monitor service and inventory levels; develop corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on KPI improvements and efficiency.
