Job summary

WHOOP, based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Supply Planner to translate demand into executable supply plans across the hardware portfolio, balancing inventory, cost, and timing. You will partner with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Materials, Manufacturing, and Logistics to drive informed supply decisions in a fast-moving environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in supply planning, strong Excel/ERP skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
3–5 years of supply planning experience.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in consumer electronics or inventory-intensive environments is a plus.
Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply plans by translating demand, inventory targets, lead times, and production schedules into requirements.
Monitor inventory, supply, production schedules, POs, and availability to identify shortages or excess and propose mitigations.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Materials, Manufacturing, and Logistics to incorporate forecast changes and constraints.
Maintain visibility into inventory health and supply coverage and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Support scenario planning for demand changes, constraints, launches, and transitions.
Support S&OP/integrated planning and contribute to planning system improvements.
