Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Columbus, OH is seeking a Delivery Manager to serve as the primary interface between client leadership and TCS, owning account satisfaction and end-to-end service delivery onsite.

You will drive governance, SLA/KPI adherence, risk mitigation, and opportunities for growth across utilities-focused portfolios while coordinating onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience owning accounts, driving growth opportunities, and managing client satisfaction.
• Understanding of governance, risk, and regulatory compliance in a delivery context.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary interface between client leadership and TCS.
• Own overall account satisfaction (CSAT/CSI) and engagement health.
• Lead governance forums (weekly, monthly PMR/QBR, leadership connects).
• Oversee incident/problem/change governance and production stability.
• Drive end-to-end service delivery across portfolios and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
• Identify growth opportunities and support contract renewals and pricing.
