Job summary

CODAI Consults LLC is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for the Utilities domain to oversee energy infrastructure projects. Location: East Hartford, CT or Dallas, TX, onsite from day one. Full-time/permanent.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define plans and budgets, manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time and within scope. PMP is a plus; strong leadership and communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in utility-related project management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and execute utility-related projects with defined objectives and scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain clear communication.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide direction and allocate resources to meet timelines and budgets.
• Generate regular status reports and maintain project documentation.
