Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide operational readiness.
• Own integration planning across IT, HR, finance, procurement, safety and security; interface with corporate leadership.
• Coordinate with field teams to align site readiness milestones with corporate plans.
• Identify integration risks and mitigation approaches; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for integration workstreams.
