Job summary

You will drive SDLC-aligned delivery across cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, risk, and dependencies, and report progress to executives while maintaining accountability and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, PMO, or strategic delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes, application development, infrastructure delivery, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience with business transformation, enterprise applications, integrations, or operational improvements (Workday, Openlink, Maximo, AI, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation using structured project management practices.
• Translate ambiguous business ideas into clear project plans, deliverables, milestones, and ownership models.
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Apply understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Drive project execution with focus on timelines, budget, scope, and outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive updates.
• Hold teams accountable while maintaining strong working relationships across the organization.
